Les Moulins Mahjoub Couscous

As seen in The New York Times! M'hamsa, or couscous, is a Mediterranean staple food enjoyed all around the region of the Maghreb. Mahjoub's hand-rolled couscous varies in size slightly because of its unique production and is most similar to medium-sized Moroccan couscous. It has a toasty, hearty flavor that is enhanced when stored with peppers.
